Dry, slightly bitter wild beer with 'forgotten' herbs (i.e. herbs you don’t often come across nowadays). Mugwort gives fresh, soft notes of citrus and young grass, and the wild house yeast brings out a touch of biscuit-like maltiness from the locally grown heirloom grains. Made in Nijmegen.
