Ingredients: White rice, salt, shiitake, natural water, A. Oryzae.
Notes: Store in refrigerator after opening. Perfect as a dip, as a broth in soups and stews, as condiment in sauce or dressing, but shio koji is also a magical ingredient because it has enzymes that break down proteins… use it to marinade meat (2h) or fish (1h) for a super tender texture and enhanced flavour profile.
