Tex has been making kombucha for years (we’re happy to have her G&T and SRP flavours at the Fermentary) and she’s even made it her full-time job. In short, she knows all the ins and outs of kombucha making.
Always wanted to make kombucha but are unsure where to start? Looking to bring your kombucha game to the next level? Or are you in need of a fun gift for a friend? Then this is for you.
During this afternoon Tex will take us through;
1) the basics of kombucha making, including troubleshooting and a quick demo
2) a tasting of kombucha at various stages (week per week)
3) infusion of kombucha - Tex shares her top tips for ingredients and flavour combos. Each participant infuses their own kombucha to take home.
When: Sunday, May 26th, 13:00-15:00 at the Fermentary (Zonneplein 19)
Tickets: €34.99 per person*
*this includes a 0.5L ready-to-drink kombucha in a “fermentation” bottle, infused to your liking,
plus a print-out with an easy-to-use recipe for making kombucha at home

A ‘Kombucha Starter Set’ that includes a 2L kombucha glass jar, sieve, funnel, organic loose leave green tea (20 gr.), 2 PH strips, filters, + opt. scoby.
