💔 we’re sorry to say, today’s sake tasting will need to be postponed. The whole family woke up with a fever. For those of you who had already bought tickets, we’ve reached out via email. We hope to welcome you to the Fermentary at another date. ❤️

For the Sake Days festival, we will host a small sake tasting at the Fermentary. Come taste 4 of our personal favorites from the world of natural sake. Participants also enjoy a 5% discount on bottles of sake during the day.
